Terms of Use

Subject Matter

These Terms of Use specify the rules for using the Tools, including the rules whereby We provide Single Secure Confirmation of Data.

Access to the Single Secure Confirmation of Data necessitates prior review and acceptance of the provisions set forth in our Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use do not apply to services provided by Partners and Tool suppliers.

Capitalized terms are explained at the end of these Terms of Use.

Single Secure Confirmation of Data

To make use of the Single Secure Confirmation of Data service, You need to provide Us with an e-mail address (unless this has been provided by the Partner) and submit the required declarations. The Agreement is concluded as of the moment a declaration of acceptance of the Terms of Use is made, constituting an agreement for the provision of services by electronic means.

When providing the Single Secure Confirmation of Data service:

  • We allow You to use the Tool or Tools to confirm Your Data, and
  • We disclose the confirmed Data to the Partner.

We will always inform You of the scope of Data that the Partner wishes to have confirmed and disclosed. We will disclose Your Data to the Partner to the extent confirmed by using the required Tools.

Every Tool comes with a description and user guide. The scope of Data that can be confirmed using a particular Tool is specified in the description provided with the Tool.

Some Tools are supplied by third parties, and using them will require entering into a legal relationship with the supplier in question (e.g. by accepting their terms and conditions). We will always inform You if this is the case in the description provided with the Tool. The terms of use of such Tools are always set by the supplier.

The Data are disclosed at the Partner's request promptly upon confirmation, via a secure communication channel agreed upon between Us and the Partner. The Data are disclosed in encrypted form and protected against unauthorized interception and access.

We do not charge You for using the Single Secure Confirmation of Data Service.

Technical Requirements and Security

Only natural persons who have reached eighteen years of age and have full legal capacity can make use of Single Secure Confirmation of Data. Single Secure Confirmation of Data may only be used for lawful purposes and in line with good customs and these Terms of Use.

Single Secure Confirmation of Data may not be used to provide content that is unlawful, untrue, infringing upon third-party rights or inconsistent with principles of moral decency.

Any information You provide must be correct, true, and up to date, and may not be misleading. It is not permitted to use details or documents of other persons, or documents that are false, forged, altered, or contain untrue or inaccurate statements.

Only You personally may make use of the Single Secure Confirmation of Data. Under no circumstances may You appoint a proxy or authorize, in any other form, a third party to make use of the Single Secure Confirmation of Data on Your behalf.

When using the Single Secure Confirmation of Data, be sure to use up-to-date antivirus software, and exercise particular caution. You are fully liable for failing to exercise caution or for disclosing the Data to third parties contrary to the provisions of the Terms of Use.

To make use of the Single Secure Confirmation of Data, an up-to-date internet browser that supports Javascript and cookies is needed.

You must acquire and maintain, at your own expense, the technical equipment necessary to use the Tools electronically, such as a computer/laptop/tablet/mobile phone.

Final Provisions

Subject to further provisions of Section V of the Terms of Use, the Agreement shall terminate immediately upon the completion of the Single Secure Confirmation of Data, i.e., the transfer of the Data to the Partner.

Detailed rules for collecting, processing, and storing your personal data, which are used for the purpose of performing the Single Secure Confirmation of Data, and rules concerning cookies are described respectively in the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, both available on the Website.
